The plastic waterproof junction box is made of ABS, PC or other plastic material, which has the characteristics of dust-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, insulation, and impact resistance. The upper cover fastening screws are designed to prevent falling off and avoid losing screws, multiple internal installation points provide maximum convenience for the installation of rails, circuit boards, power modules, and expansion boards. Some models choose PC transparent upper cover. Various sizes and specifications can provide solutions for petrochemical plants, docks, sewage treatment plants, electroplating plants, gardens, residential lighting, rail transit, etc.
The cast aluminum waterproof junction box is formed by die-casting silicon aluminum alloy. The use of spraying surface treatment technology makes the cast aluminum waterproof box have strong environmental adaptability. Due to the characteristics of the metal itself, compared with similar plastic junction boxes, cast aluminum junction boxes also have the characteristics of heat dissipation, anti-static, and flame retardant. The working temperature of -40°- 120° can better adapt to the high and low- temperature environment where the equipment is located. The Most products are equipped with metal hanging feet to facilitate the wall fixing of the equipment. The mounting boss at the bottom is prefabricated with threads for component installation. The internal mounting points can also be used for the grounding of the electrical equipment shell.
